Made with palomino and Pedro Ximénez grapes, A Winter's Tale is a slightly sweetened or "Amontillado" sherry. It’s a beautiful amber colour and boasts delicious aromas of dried nuts, figs and dates. An ideal aperitif – and a great match for pasta - serve it neat or over a little ice.
