We offer standard delivery across Ireland for €7.50, which typically takes 2-4 working days. Orders over €100 qualify for free shipping.
Can I track my order once it has been dispatched?
Yes, once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking link from our courier partner.
What happens if a bottle arrives damaged or broken?
We use specialized protective packaging, but if an item arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours with a photo of the breakage for a full refund or replacement.
Do you offer a Click & Collect service?
Yes, you can choose the 'Click & Collect' option at checkout to pick up your order for free from any of our 34 store locations across Ireland.
What is your return policy for wine?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return unopened bottles in their original condition within 14 days for a full refund or exchange.
