Made in the same way as Champagne, but without the price tag, Valhondo Rosé features Monastrell and Pinot Noir grape varieties and undergoes a second fermentation and ageing in bottle. It has a crunchy red fruit profile and an elegant finish with a hint of toastiness and fine and persistent bubbles. An excellent alternative to Champagne.
