Bodega Tandem is a small family-owned boutique winery where winemaker Alicia Eyaralar follows a philosophy of low intervention and sustainable farming. The unoaked Ars in Vitro ('Art in Glass') is made with cool climate Yerri Valley Tempranillo and Merlot fruit with elegant results. Expect dark berry fruit, a touch of herbs and moderate tannins.
