Sacred Hill are a certified sustainable vineyard located by some of the best vineyard sites in the Hawke's Bay region of New Zealand's North Island. This Syrah offers aromas of dark chocolate, cranberries and wild thyme. The palate has fresh acidity to balance the dark berries and flavoursome spices of nutmeg and white pepper. Aged for 8 months in French oak to give extra complexity and richness of flavour.
