With a history dating back to 1899, Japan’s Suntory has been making gin since 1936. That knowledge is put to excellent use in the award-winning Roku gin. It features six (‘roku’) Japanese botanicals, namely Sakura flower, Sakura leaf, Yuzu peel, Sencha tea (green tea), Gyokuro tea (refined green tea) and Sanshō pepper. There’s also eight traditional botanicals in there too and the result is a beautifully balanced gin with a truly distinctive flavour.
