Roe & Co Cask Strength 2020Edition, a thirteen-year-old Single Malt, has spent the entirety of its life in Port Casks. Bottled at the natural cask strength of 58% ABV, Roe & Co Cask Strength 2020 Edition truly showcases the flavour of the whiskey straight from the barrel, which is even more exciting when combined with its full Port Cask Maturation. While many whiskeys are finished off in a Port Cask at the very end of their maturation cycle this liquid has spent the entire thirteen years of its life in Port Casks soaking up its rich depth of flavour.

Aroma: plum, burnt demerara sugar, caramel and dark cocoa.

Taste: The quality and intense flavour attributed by the casks is immediately apparent on the palate through its velvety texture, molasses, honey-roast barley, hints of fresh ground coffee and cherry ripe chocolate bars. Finish: Unctuous, long finish enhanced by lingering warmth of white pepper that creates a wonderful myriad of flavour that can feel vying for dominance over the faint notes of tannin derived from the port casks.
