Clare Valley is located at the northern tip of South Australia's Mount Lofty Ranges and is recognised for producing some of the best dry Rieslings in the world. The grapes for this wine come from the Hanlin Hill single-vineyard, grown at 550 metres above sea level to give fresh aromas of citrus blossom, tropical fruits and hints of spice. The dry palate has bright refreshing acidity, green apples and a lemon-lime intensity. The long finish boasts a delightful streak of chalky minerality, characteristic of the best Clare Valley Rieslings. A simply stunning wine capable of ageing gracefully for those with enough patience!
