An excellent value Italian sparkling wine, from Italy's Serena family (who also make our Montelvini Promosso Spumante). It's made in the same way and same style as Prosecco but with different grapes in the blend. The soft bubbles mean this is a great wine to pair with food - try it with mixed fried fish or vegetable dishes.
