With barrels dating back to 1631, Bodegas Baron represent one of the oldest wineries in Jerez and the Xixarito label is a collage of the life of Jose Rodriguez, former owner of the winery, presided over by an elephant. The Xixarito Manzanilla is made with grapes grown in vineyards located 1km from the ocean.
