Louis Raynald is a partnership between Raynald Stam and Louis Jacquemont who source grapes from multiple origins across the appellation to build real complexity, rather than rely on a single parcel. Their Mâcon-Villages is a classic Chardonnay from the southern end of Burgundy where the warmer climate gives a richer more rounded style. It is one of the most adaptable of wines, you can enjoy it as an aperitif or try pairing it with a creamy risotto.
