Lindemans Kriek is a Belgian cherry lambic brewed near Brussels using real cherries and young lambic beer. The addition of fruits provokes a new fermentation in the oak barrels. After another 8 to 12 months, only peels and stones are left and the Kriek-Lambic is ready to be filtered and bottled. Bright, tart, and slightly sweet, it’s a fruit beer with depth. It pairs perfectly with dark chocolate desserts. Serve chilled in a small tulip or stemmed glass for the full aromas and colour.
