Made by Laurent Miquel and his Irish wife Neasa and named after their daughter, this delicious rosé is a combination of summery Languedoc fruit and a crisp acidity. Its delicate colour comes from the short skin contact with the red Syrah, Grenache and Cinsault grapes in the blend. A refreshing and elegant rosé, it pairs well with all sorts of food.
