These areas are cooler and allow for a much gentler slower ripening, where we acidity the citric characters of Chardonnay can be retained. The wine has a brilliant aspect, with pale green tones, the aromas show ripe citric fruits, orange rinds, some pineapple and along with a slight mineral character, the palate is rich with a light creaminess and a fresh crisp acidity.
