Launched in 2018, Lambay Whiskey is an independent Irish bottler and blender inspired by Lambay Island, just off Dublin’s north coastline. This un-peated blended malt brings together carefully selected contains a blend of single malts both double & triple distilled, bourbon barrel matured and then partially finished in hand-selected French oak cognac casks, that have been exposed to the sea air on Lambay Island. French oak Cognac casks from famous house Camus are the signature finish for all Lambay Whiskeys. Before bottling, water from the island’s own Trinity Well is added, completing an elegant Irish whiskey.
