Ingredients:
- 50ml Ketel One Vodka
- 150ml Fever Tree Ginger Beer
- 12.5ml Mixer Lime Juice
Method:
Add crushed ice to a copper mug (traditional serve) or highball glass. Pour over the vodka and top up with the ginger beer. Add the lime juice and mix gently with a long spoon.
Garnish with a sprig of mint or a wedge of lime and enjoy.
