Launched in 1882, Harveys Bristol Cream is perhaps the most famous of all the sweet sherries. Known for its golden chestnut and amber colour and smooth texture, it's made with a blend of good Oloroso sherry and sweet Pedro Ximinez. Best enjoyed chilled over ice, the classic serve also includes a slice of orange.
