Masi's roots in the heart of Valpolicella date back to 1772 and this sustainably-focused winery champions native Venetian grape varieties. Fresco di Masi is a low-alcohol red organic red made using those native varieties and wild yeasts. Its bright fruit notes are nicely balanced by good acidity and an appealing herbal note.
