Familia Deicas is a family-run winery in southern Uruguay, with the second and third generations now running the business. Their Preludio Barrel Select was first made in 1992 to prove Uruguay had the potential for making world-class wines. The attention to detail results in a consistently brilliant and complex wine. Bottled unfiltered, so recommended to decant 30 minutes before serving.
