Owned by top Languedoc producer, Gérard Bertrand, this small estate sits high in the French Pyrenees. At this altitude the Pinot Noir grapes slowly ripen to offer fragrant floral and bright red berry aromas. The palate is well structured with raspberry and cranberry flavours complemented by smooth tannins and a long, fruity finish. Think good Burgundy but with an extra layer of sweet black fruit and slightly fuller body. Seriously good Pinot.
