Alta Mora Etna Bianco is made entirely from the indigenous Sicilian grape, Carricante, grown on the winery's high-altitude vineyards. Although fuller in body, it is not unlike a premium Sauvignon Blanc: fresh, fruity with great minerality and a crisp, citrusy finish. It is an ideal match for seafood dishes.
