Croser was established with the firm belief that the right location in Australia could produce sparkling wine to rival the Grandes Marques of Champagne. Produced with Pinot Noir grapes grown in the Adeliade Hills, Croser Rosé is made in the traditional method with some of the wine fermented in barrique to add richness and complexity. This sparkling wine offers delicious ripe pomegranate and red berry fruit with a biscuity complexity on the creamy palate. A wonderful affordable alternative to the big Champagne brands' rosé.
