Azienda Agricola Cortese on the Mediterranean island of Sicily is owned by renowned oenologist Stefano Girelli, who brought a near-abandoned estate back to health. This wine is made with the Catarratto grape variety, which is indigenous to the island. Aromatic and full of character it has notes of jasmine, herbs, and white peach along with a lively acidity.
