Ferraton et Fils is owned by iconic Rhône producer Chapoutier. Their attention to detail is apparent in this prestigious Northern Rhône cru, which is made from 100% Syrah grown on granite soils and aged for 12–14 months in French oak barrels. The result is a structured and complex wine that will age gracefully for many years, or can be enjoyed now with decanting. This is a wine made for the table and will pair well with richly flavoured dishes such as cassoulet, duck, wild boar sausages or venison.
