This has everything you’d want from an Albariño. It comes from Condes De Albarei, a 400-strong co-operative of growers in Galicia’s Salnés Valley. The grapes are hand-harvested to keep their freshness and aromas and this really shows in the wine. A fantastic aperitif, it’s also ideal with shellfish.
