The winery has a storied history and since 2016 Constance and Jean-Guillame d'Herbés (fifth generation) have been producing an elegant range of organic wines. This is a fine example; fruity and lively with red fruits, citrus and lychee, it has a wonderfully fresh palate with grapefruit and pineapple notes.
