Château les Croisille is a family-owned organic estate in the Cahors region of southwest France. The vineyards are equidistant between the Atlantic Ocean, the Mediterranean Sea and the Pyrenees Mountains, all of which help provide cooler conditions during the hot growing season, retaining freshness and acidity in the wine.
