The renowned Château Kirwan have been our Margaux partner for over 40 years. This estate dates to 1710, but it wasnât until Irish businessman, Mark Kirwan inherited the winery from his father-in-law that the name changed to Château Kirwan and it earned the reputation for top quality wines. Recent years has seen significant investment by the current owners, the Schyler family and a real step forward in quality.
The 2022 was an exceptional harvest characterised by low yields but high concentration. Château Kirwan have succeeded in producing a great, well balanced Margaux that will reward careful cellaring with ever further depths of flavour and complexity.
