Château Guiraud Sauternes vineyards are located on sandy soils, a rich sweet wine it has notes of candied orange as well as frangipane, there is a refreshing mid palate tartness with hints of textural tannins, and a savoury note of botrytis on the finish. Blue cheese, pâte and oysters, as well as dessert dishes are good food matches.
