Fifth generation, Alain and Stéphane Barthe, run this family vineyard in Naujan-et-Postiac in Bordeaux and produce classic wines such as this one. This unoaked red is dominated by 2/3 Merlot and you can lots of plummy red fruit flavours alongside the savoury notes and tannins courtesy of Cabernet Sauvignon.
