This full-bodied unoaked Minervois hails from the sustainably farmed vineyards of Château de Paraza in the Languedoc. Made with a classic blend of Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre, it’s got lots of crunchy dark bramble fruits along with liquorice, silky tannins and Mediterranean herbs on the long finish.
