Château de Caraguilhes is a pioneering, fully certified organic Languedoc estate and Tian Ran is a delicious 100% Cinsault from its Olivette vineyard plot, which grows at an altitude of 140 metres. The grapes are hand harvested then foot pressed, before being aged for two months in concrete vats and the wine is then bottled without added sulphur.
