Campo Viejo is best known for high-quality Rioja reds, but they also produce this benchmark Cava. Made in the traditional method with the classic Catalan Cava grapes: Xarel-Lo, Macabeo and Parellada, it is aged for 18 months in bottle to add a rich complexity.
