Bols Kirsch is made from fermented and distilledcherries. It is a clear liqueur flavoured with real cherry juice from the famous Schwarzwalder cherries. Kirsch has the lowest sugar content of any Bo, ls liqueur, making it almost closer to aneau-de-vie than a liqueur.
