Owned by Simon Waghorn and his family, Astrolabe Wines are one of the most highly regarded wine families in Marlborough. Best known for their benchmark style of Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir, the grapes are sustainably grown across three sub-regions of Marlborough for the finest expression of the region. This Pinot Noir displays red cherries and ripe brambly fruits, a light savoury and earthy background with a soft, full, and fruity palate and a hint of defining oak tannin.
