From the innovative and sustainable Mondo del Vino wine group in Puglia, Italy, this aromatic, full bodied wine takes its name from the Latin for the “long-eared owl”. It’s made from a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah, and offers fruity notes of plum and blackcurrant, along with spicy, ginger and cinnamon. Great on its own it also pairs well with lots of dishes including cheeses and red meats.
